Trump White House releases Tren de Aragua gang members rap sheets, photos after SCOTUS deportation freeze

The Trump administration launched rap leaves and photos of the alleged gang members of Aragua (ADD) on Texas on Saturday, who the administration is trying to deport.

The suspects of the violent Venezuelan gang were going to be deported using the Law of Alien Enemies recently restored 1798 before the United States Supreme Court (Scotus) governed Saturday morning against the law of the eighteenth century.

In a decision in favor of the American Union of Civil Libertads, the administration was forbidden to eliminate Venezuelans held at the Bluebonnet Detention Center of Texas “even more order of this court.”

After the ruling, the Trump administration lawyers submitted an opposition to the request to block deportations, pointing out that the Government tested a previous notice to stop before the removals, and had an adequate time to present beans claims.

At least, lawyers argued that the court should limit administrative stay to removals.

Scotus previously ruled that the president’s deportations could under alien enemies act while suspended illegal foreigners had due process to challenge their elimination from the United States.

“These are some of the members of the TDA gang arrested in Texas that we are trying to deport,” said Trump Administration official to Fox News.

TDA, designated a foreign terrorist organization, on February 20 by the State Department, has thousands of members, many of whom the White House says they have infiltrated the United States illegal and are “undertaking hostile actions against the United States.”

The photos published by the administration of suspended ADD members who made the list show several tattoos, weapons, jewels and money.

The authorities also pointed out that the previous criminal sentences of each suspended member and the current positions.

These are some of the inmates of the Bluebonnet detention center that the White House claims are Venezuelan citizens and confirmed to the TDA members that they would have deported from bones:

Henry Jose Romero-González

Romero-González has pending criminal charges for three assault positions, crimes against a person and illegal possession of a weapon, cordination to officials.
