Derrick White scored 30 points, Jayson Tatum had 17 points and finished the game after a terrifying autumn, and the Boston Celtics beat the Orlando Magic 103-86 in game 1 of his playoff series of Ronda Sunage.

Payton Pritchard added 19 points from the bank for Boston, which houses game 2 on Wednesday night. Jaylen Brown played 31 minutes and had 16 points in 6 of 14 shots after lost the last three games of the regular season due to a persistent knee problem.

With Boston leading 89-73 with 8:28 Remoring, Tatum climbed into a dump and was hit hard by Kentavious Caldwell-Pope while trying to block it. Tatum landed awkwardly on his right side.

He stayed in letter before he stood up, clenching his right hand. After a video review of the referees, the lack of Caldwell-Pope was updated to a flagrant foul. Subsequently, Tatum lost the following two free throws, but remained in the game.

Then, Joe Mazzulla was asked about the Tatum road, and the chief coach of the Celtics replied: “It’s good.”

Paolo Banco led the magic with 36 points and 11 rebounds. Franz Wagner added 23 points for Orlando, which has not left the first round of the playoffs since the 2009-10 season.

Orlando led by a point in the part -time, limiting a Boston team that established a NBA record for triple this season to 7 of 15 from beyond the arch in the first 24 minutes and 16 of 37 for the game.

But the magic turned the ball about six times in the third quarter and surpassed 30-18 like the Celtics Tok an advantage of 78-65 in the fourth. The leadership of the Celtics grew to 19 in the final period.

For the game, Orlando ended with 15 ball losses, which led to 24 Boston points.

Brown, who received injections in his knee last week, showed no remarkable effect of the problem at the beginning on Sunday. He had an early billing, but he continued stripping Banco, which White picked up and fell for a transition float. Later, Brown showed some offensive explosiveness, exploded beyond Banco and ended with a left -handed tray.

Brown had four points, two rebounds, two robberies and an assistance during the initial section of seven minutes to start the game before taking his first break.

Associated Press reports.
