Star Lane Winery is the Brett and Liz Barnes project, who planted their first vines in 1997 after moving from Broadacre agriculture in Riverina.
His dream was simple, to create a boutique vineyard that could produce Ultra Premium wines and sacrifice a bottle of HEMTH lifestyle.
Now, almost three decades later, that dream is ready for the next custodian.
Star Lane Winery Sacrifica 18ha of established vines, an amazing winery and an impressive lifestyle opportunity near Beechworth.
Star Lane Winery has presented picturesque weddings of vineyards with impressive views.

“We built everything, Vine By Vine, Barrel By Barrel,” Barnes said.
“This land has been the work of our life. It’s time for someone else to bring their vision here.”

The two bedroom house in Star Lane offers rustic charm and views of vineyards in the high country of Victoria.
Ypa Mornington director Chris Fahl said the property made it ideal for a new wine or expansion label.
“Brett handles the entire property, it is so well configured,” Fahl said.
“You could run the vineyard, open a restaurant, lease it or simply enjoy the lifestyle.
Surrounded by mature trees and a private garden, the farm is ideal for full -time life or a residence of a Viñedo manager.
The polished floor tables, an enveloping terrace and a dream -bathed dream bring heat and light to the Star Lane home.
“There is room to plant even more vines or add boutique accommodation.”
Mr. Fahl said the Beechworth wine scene is home to heavyweights such as Giaconda and Sorrenberg, with local Chardonnays and is now considerate among the best in the world.
The winery designed by the architect of Star Lane includes a barrel room controlled by the climate and a top cover with the vines.
“Add to that the tourism industry of the boom cycle, with a main door of Star Lane of $ 10 million and the potential of winery doors, accommodation of stays in farms and events, there are many opportunities,” he said.
Further south, Tucks vineyard by Mornington Peninsula offers a vineyard in one of the wine regions more closely in Victoria.
Located at 9.99, in the precious strip of the Shoreham road of Red Hill, Tucks has Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Savagnin Vins, and comes with a full -license restaurant and warehouse for facilities, in addition to a two bedroom guest house.
Tucks in Red Hill is a 9.99h vineyard with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Savagnin Vines, in addition to a restaurant and a guest house.
The two bedroom guest house in Tuck’s sacrifices a peaceful base among the vines, with potential for Airbnb or luxury accommodation.
The director of Kay and Burton Flinders, Tom Barr Smith, said the offer was extraordinary for Red Hill, where vineyard properties rarely go on sale.
“This site comes with valuable restaurant and liquor licenses that allow 100 customers, and up to 450 for special events,” said Barr Smith.
“It’s a tremendous head begins for anyone who wants to enter the food and wine scene of the Mornington Peninsula.”
Tucks is a strange opportunity to have part of the Mornington Peninsula wine legacy.
The license restaurant and the Tucks winery can house up to 100 sitting or 450 guests for events.
Althegh The Vineyard is currently operational, Barr Smith said that hospitality spaces have been used in moderation in recent years, offering a blank canvas for new owners.
“It is not a commercial sale in -and, it is a real estate opportunity,” he said.
“The vineyard is thriving, but the side of hospitality has enormous without exploiting potential.”
The commercial cuisine in Tucks is fully equipped and ideal for hospitality revival in the heart of the Hill Red Wine Country.
Surrounded by established gardens and wavy hills, the Hill’s house combines Viñedo’s charm with flexibility of lifestyle.
Being slightly out of the main tourist highway offers privacy without sacrificing proximity to the main attractions, with nearby neighbors that include large names such as Montalto, Paringa Estate and minutes per tractor.
Kay & Burton Flinders’ director said the moment was perfect for buyers looking for a long -term value.
“The properties of the vineyards are expenses to establish from the days of zero thesis. The land, the vines, the licenses, everything adds,” said Barr Smith.
The guest house in Tucks has been used for staff, but could become an Airbnb or short high -end stay, subject to approval.
“Here, a huge head begins. In addition, we believe that the market is close to the end of the cycle. It is an intelligent time to buy.”
Both lists are expected to attract the interest of a combination of buyers, including high -network people who review a change of lifestyle, boutique hospitality operators and established wine brands that seek to expand.
