Sonata Software announced today that it has secured a five -year contract worth $ 73 million with a leading technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) company based in the US. UU. The agreement, announced today, represent the second largest agreement in the history of the company.

According to the terms of the contract, Sonata will establish a dedicated modernization engineering center enabled for AI in India. The center will focus on the engineering of the platform, the transformation of the cloud using Amazon Cloud, business systems, including Salesforce and Workday, Cyber Security, Data Services and Modern Application Development.
“This is the second largest agreement in the history of Sonata and a proud milestone for the Sonata team,” said Samir Dhir, managing director and CEO of Sonata Software. The association aims to improve the global scalability of the client, accelerate innovation and optimize IT operations.
The Sonata software, which reports $ 1 billion in income, positions ITELF as one of the main modernization companies with an approach to the transformation of AI first. The company’s approach incorporates services through data, clouds, automation, cyber security and Duta Ai and Microsoft Fabric technologies.
The company based in Bengaluru has a global presence in the regions of North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, Apac and Anz. Sonata maintains associations with technological leaders, including Microsoft and AWS, and serves customers in banking, health, telecommunications, shops and manufacturers.
