Boeing, American aerospace and defense, appointed Stacie Sire as his new vice president and managing director of the Boeing India Engineering & Technology Center (BIETC) and also as Chief Engineer of Boeing India. The father happens to Ahmed Elsherbini, who directed this position from April 2021 to January 2025.
In his new role, Sire will supervise the strategy, operations and capabilities of Equipment in India, supporting long -term business growth. In addition, as Chief Engineer of Boeing India, Sire will manage the engineering strategy and innovation in India headquarters.
Stacie Sire has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and obtained a Master in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Washington.
He also completed the advanced management program at the Harvard Business School in 2015, which adds to its solid base in technical domains and leadership.
Sire has been part of the Boeing team for 28 years and has served in many engineering and management positions. She played a fundamental role in Boeing 787 program, contributing to its development and structural innovations through critical positions, including the director and chief engineer of the fuselage 787.
Sire also has hero senior management roles in multiple aircraft programs, such as 767 and 777, supervising key areas such as configuration, systems engineering and structural stress analysis. Recently he directed manufacturing engineering in 20 manufacturing units worldwide.
