US commercial officials financed tariff levels in solar cells and panels of Southeast Asia, a key step to conclude a commercial case of one year presented by US manufacturers who accuse their flood rivals abroad.

The decision occurs after the Department of Commerce last year imposed preliminary anti -dumping and antisubsidia tasks in solar teams in Malaysia, Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam.

The case was presented by Hanwha Qcells of Korea, First Solar Inc, based in Arizona, and several smaller producers that seek to protect billions of dollars in investments in solar manufacturing of the United States.

The group, the American manufacturing trade committee of the Alliance for Solar, accused the great manufacturers of Chinese solar panels with factories in Southeast Asia or shipping panels at a price below its production cost and receiving unfair subsidies that make Americans.

The group was not immediately available to comment.

According to a decision published on the website of the US trade departments. UU. On Monday, the agency calculated discharge or 6.1% to 271.28%, depending on the company and the country. Antisubsidio compensatory tasks were between 14.64% and 3,403.96%.

Tariffs will apply to the shipments of some of the largest global solar panel manufacturers, including Jinko Solar and China Solar trine, according to the Department of Commerce.

In order for the rates to be definitive, the International Trade Commission must vote in June about whether the industry was harmed by the imports thrown and subsidized.
