Jose Berrios and Cal Raleigh get heated over suspected pitch tipping incident

The right of the tiles, José Berrios Seattle, Cal Raleigh, was transmitting launch information to his teammates of the sailors and wanted the blunt receiver to know what he thought of him.

Berríos exchanged angry words with Raleight as he walked back to the shelter at the end of the fourth entrance of the defeat of 8-4 and 12 years on Saturday against the sailors.

“I don’t react that very often,” Berríos said. “I am a quiet and relaxed guy. But when some people try to fight us in the field, I don’t respect that. I don’t like that.”

Both banks cleared when Berríos and Raleight backed down between the third base and the plate, but the situation did not intensify. While the reliefs of both teams were running from the Bullpens, Toronto toleter Vladimir Guerrero Jr. was returning to his teammates.

Raleight denied transmitting launch information, but said he understood Berrios’s reaction.

“I because my pitchers do the same,” Raleight said. “If someone, although I was giving tip, because I should say something. How it is. Competitive baseball game. People are right in their hearts.”

The Blue Jays manager, John Schneider, said that stealing signs and the retransmission information of the launch is “fair game.”

“The teams do that. We understand it,” said Schneider. “In the heat of the moment, they light you a little. I did not think that the banks should clear. There was nothing crazy. But I like it when our boys defend themselves.”

Raleight reappeared in the fifth and hit a double two races to the right garden that put Seattle ahead 2-1. Raleigh finished 2 by 3 with three walks, one of them intentional.

In 20 games against the tiles, Raleigh is hitting .292 (21 of 72) with nine homers and 18 ranges.

Associated Press reports.
