Mindsprint scales India footprint with new Chennai workspace; Bengaluru office to follow

The Mindsprint technology and commercial services suppliers, previously known as Olam Technology and Business Services (OTBS), has opened an installation of 87,000 square feet in Chennai. The company is also scheduled to open its second office in Bangalore next month.

These developments follow the recent global expansion of Mindsprint, with offices previously released in Sydney, Australia and New Jersey, the USA. The Chennai office also has a client experience center and a technology center.

The company has already hired 300 to 400 people in India since the beginning of this year. Bengaluru’s new office will serve as an existing space expansion.

Currently, Mindsprint obtains almost 90 percent of its income from Olam Group companies, including three main clients based in London and Singapore. However, the company is looking to diversify its customer base. In a recent press session, South Sts

North America services such as the company’s non -OLAM key market contribute to 58 percent of its income, while 29 percent are APAC and 13 percent come from the Middle East.

The company also intends to use an AI-FIRST strategy that is a liver for internal and external stakeholders. He said he spends 5 to 6 percent of his R&D income, where 70 percent of these funds focus on building specific AI capabilities in different practices. The rest of the amount enters the company’s unit called Fast Forward Labs.

“Fast forward Labs or FFL is a unit within the organization that focuses on the construction of IPS and solutions that will help our clients quickly move on their commercial transformation trip. The company in the last 18-24 months, we have the customers Bowet Toy Toy Toy Almpleple Solutions on board,” said Sagar PV, CTO or Mindrint.

Some of the solutions include Sprintap, a fully automated AI AI and agent accounts platform; Procuresprint, an Plug-And-Play acquisition tool that offers real-time spending visibility; Sprint sales, which allows intelligent sales optimization; Trade Sprint, a commercial decision system based on adapted data for basic products markets; And Guardian Eye, a platform driven by AI designed to continuously monitor external threats and administer security vulnerabilities.
