Stacey and Thomas Woolf have put their “perfect family home” in the market and unfortunately will say goodbye to the hectares of space, modern life and a coberty of caves of barely used men.

The couple called the property at 75 Varro RD, Lloyd Creek, home during the last four years, welcoming two children along the way.

“It has been magnificent,” said Mrs. Woolf.

“It is the perfect family home and we would not be selling if we had to move interstate.”

Located in 2Ha, the property returns to Bushland, but is just five minutes from Humpty Doo stores.

The property includes a four -bedroom family house, a new shed, a pool and a lot of space in the grass.

“I love the beautiful and modern house,” Mrs. Woolf said.

“The movie theater is incredible for movie nights with children.

“Gastronomic and life spaces open to the patio, so it is ideal to entertain and see children play.

“We have had a third birthday and Christmas party here, and we have friends for barbecues.”

The house has a double garage, covered input and a separate media room.

The area of life, dining room and kitchen of the open plant have sliding doors that open to the outdoor entertainment zone covered, while the kitchen has a bench of the island and first -line appliances.

The main bedroom has a tunic and dress bath, and the three traninal bedrooms have built -in robes.

The property also includes a family bath, internal laundry and a second vital space.

The plan of the house would allow the media room and the second room to also become bedrooms.

Outside, the pool on the floor is surrounded and sits right next to the patio, and there is a lot of established grass space and gardens around the house.

“We have also cleaned the back of the earth and we built a fully irrigated vegetable garden,” Mrs. Woolf

The huge isolated shed has less than six months and has a separate beer room plus a terrace out of the front.

Mrs. Woolf said the property allowed her family to make the most of the lifestyle of the best at the end.

“We live outside most of the time and enjoy the grass, the pool and playing in the patio,” he said.

“We only have a neighbor and the other side goes back to Bush.

“We are enthusiastic runners, so we take children running thinking a little with a lot.”

The property is close to stores and schools, and is an easy trip to Coolinga and Palmerston.
