The owners of one of Brisbane’s oldest surviving houses have launched an impulse to discover the forgotten adjustments of the property.

Camden House, a 1800 restored worm in 34 Crombie Street, Clayfield, is believed to be among the first houses built in the north of the city, but the history of its origins is still unknown.

The owners David Notley and Amanda Neill have asked the public to shed light on the mystery of local real estate, before the property passes under the hammer next week.

The cabin by the pool provides retirement and privacy

The couple bought the character of the character for $ 1.27 million in 2017 and since then has improved it with updated accessories, formal coverage and a cabin that provides a private space to retire next to the pool back heated by solar energy.

“It was really difficult to discover a lot about it, apart from the fact that it was a cabin of workers in the late nineteenth century,” said Notley.

“I had the name of a plate, Camden House, but there are so many camdones through Brisbane that we could make any additional story in the house or originally build it.”

Notley, a valuable senior with Herron Todd White, said the distinctive characteristics of the house were among its most points of sale.
