Two Victorian wineries have reached the market, offering the opportunity to live and work in two of the most picturesque wine regions.

Star Lane Winery is the Brett and Liz Barnes project, who planted their first vines in 1997 after moving from Broadacre agriculture in Riverina.
His dream was simple, to create a boutique vineyard that could produce Ultra Premium wines and sacrifice a bottle of HEMTH lifestyle.
Now, almost three decades later, that dream is ready for the next custodian.

Ypa Mornington director Chris Fahl said the property made it ideal for a new wine or expansion label.
“Brett handles the entire property, it is so well configured,” Fahl said.
“You could run the vineyard, open a restaurant, lease it or simply enjoy the lifestyle.
Surrounded by mature trees and a private garden, the farm is ideal for full -time life or a residence of a Viñedo manager.
The polished floor tables, an enveloping terrace and a dream -bathed dream bring heat and light to the Star Lane home.

Mr. Fahl said the Beechworth wine scene is home to heavyweights such as Giaconda and Sorrenberg, with local Chardonnays and is now considerate among the best in the world.

The director of Kay and Burton Flinders, Tom Barr Smith, said the offer was extraordinary for Red Hill, where vineyard properties rarely go on sale.
