Terms and Conditions for Participation in the MAXPRO Ad Contest – MAXPRO Fitness

1. Choose:
– Participants must be at least 18 years old.
– Maxpro employees and their immediate relatives are not eligible to participate.

2. Presentation requirements:
– Participants must send original videos and images created by them.
– The presentations should show the participant using the MaxPro device.
– All presentations must comply with applicable laws and not contain any offensive or inappropriate content.

3. Rights subsidy:
-Shand an entry, participants give Maxpro a non -exclusive, world -free and perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, show and create works derived from videos and images/people/people sent in the video.
– Maxpro can use the presentations for paid and organic ads, on its website, social media platforms and for any other purpose that it considers necessary.

4. Rights of use:
– Participants recognize and agree that their presentations can be used in various formats, including, among others, digital and printed media, promotional materials and online platforms.
– Maxpro reserves the right to edit, modify and adapt the presentations for any purpose relationship with the contest and its promotional activities.

5. Privacy and advertising:
– The participants consents to the use of their name, similarity, in relation to the promotion of the contest and the use of their presentations.
– Maxpro does not share personal information with third parties without the consent of the participant, wait as necessary for the administration of the contest or requested by law.

6. Property:
– Participants retain ownership of their presentations, but grant Maxpro the rights described in these terms and conditions.
– Maxpro will accredit participants when they use their presentations, where possible.

7. Responsibility:
– Maxpro is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or mravirected entries.
– Participants agree to free and detain Maxpro from any claim, damages or liabilities that arise from their participation in the contest or the use of their presentations.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
– Maxpro reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the contest if any failed, technical failures or any other factor harms the integrity of the contest.
– These terms and conditions are governed by Michigan’s laws and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Michigan’s courts.

By participating in the Maxpro Ads contest, participants accept these terms and conditions.
