Maybe they were only Cascarrabias, but we bothered so much when people simply upload a YouTube video instead of taking the time to write a good written travel report to the old and outdated; So these two past fashion types will both do! Because we know that everyone needs something to read and move while wasting time at work. That said, if you want to get a more complete experience, see our YouTube video that details the entire flight. And while there, be sure to be attentive, because we will upload the flight report and the destination videos weekly!

Now they see fellow old souls and fly through some outstanding aspects (did you like my word game?)
My itinerary made me fly to United Airlines from Chicago to Newark and Air India from Newark to Delhi to Hyderabad. I was planning to meet with friends and during the night in Hyderabad, before continuing the trip the next morning with the Sri Lanka airlines from Hyderabad to Colombo. I booked three separate tickets (United, Air India and Sri Lankan Airlines), so as you can imagine, it was a bit to the limit with the hope that all flights would happen without problems.
Well, we all know that traveling rarely goes without problems and 36 hours before departure, I started receiving a burst from Texs and emails from Air India progressively delaying the Newark to Delhi Flight more and more. With India-Pakistan military action, Indian aircraft carriers were not allowed within Pakistani airspace. This meant that the flights to the west had to make a fuel stop in Vienna and the flights to the east touch a much longer routing.
Flight 1:
ENRUTATION: Chicago (Ord)- Newark (EWR).
Airline: United Airlines (UA).
Aircraft: Boeing 757-200
Tail number: N18119.
1.129 ° Flight for life.
Flight time: 1 hour and 35 minutes.
My United Chicago flight to Newark was without a hitch, which had endless hours to jump in Newark while waiting for my flight from Onard Air India. United Flight was a rather standard domestic issue, but I was lucky to get a lies seat, one of the former Boeing 757-200s. I have included some photos below.
While it is outdated, this seat is still a comfortable way to jump nationwide!
OJ selected for my drink prior to the game.
Asking for a goodbye found to what I consider the most beautiful city in the United States, if not in the world! Sweet Home Chicago.
I took a fast nap after taking a leg throughout the night that gave birth, I woke up to assault the elegant wicker snack basket. You can see all my luxurious first class booty. Thanks United !!
After 95 fast minutes, we landed at Liberty International Airport 18 minutes earlier than expected. As I was already in Terminal C with an international shipment pass from the Star Alliance Executive Class, I decided to make Polaris Lounge my first living room. Watch my YouTube video to take a look at the comforts that I have advantage.
Impression: I can’t complain. The flight was early, it had a flat bed seat and we landed Saafly. I think that American carriers need to increase the game F&B a bit in first class, even in shorter flights.
After a few hours, I arrived at terminal B and registered with Air India.
Air India uses SAS Lounge, but I decided to spend the next two hours in Lufthansa Senator Lounge, which in my humble opinion is a definitive step above SAS Lounge. Watch my YouTube video to see what it was.
I had to get a boarding pass for my Delhi-Hyderabad flight that had rescheduled four times due to the continuous reprogramming of Newark-Delhi flight. This meant venturing away from the relative calm of Senator Lounge to ask apparently hasty agents to kindly print my new Del-Hyd boarding pass.
My last living room was SAS Lounge and let’s say this was not the cherry on a solid living day. The living room is Spartan but not in a good way of Ikea, he was a child of the Spartan bedroom coffee, if that helps you conjure a visual. Watch my YouTube video and see if you agree.
Flight 2:
ENRUTATION: Newark (EWR) -Delhi (Del), The long road!
Airline: Air India.
Aircraft: Airbus A350-900
Tail number: VT-JRH
1,130 ° flight for life.
Flight time: 16 hours and 4 minutes.
The beautiful chararot that takes me from Newark to Delhi.
These A350 originally intended for Aeroflot have a simple but elegant interior.
Drinks before starting. I opted for apple juice.
The comforts provided included a tight mattress cover (thank God!), A pillow, a sheet and a blanket. Later pajamas were distributed along with shoes.
Goodbye New York !!!
Main food service (dinner). The beginning was quite good.
The main one was average at best.
The dessert … ah. He is not a fan of the opera cake. Air India offers a warm cabin service, but its F&B game needs some improvement.
Half -flight merchandise. I won, I was quite annoying that the cabin lights were lit since the second meal was served half the flight. I am a fan or a great meal followed by lights off with a light snack in the midst of flight with lit lights and a second meal complete a couple of hours before landing. Leaving time complaints aside, the food was average at best. It is definitely not good enough to wake up!
Light bite prior to landing. Also, Meh.
Life test … happy to land after almost 16 hours!
Hi Delhi. Black and black noir or ……
Color?
I only had 90 minutes to make my connection, which in Delhi can be very unpredictable. Check out the #2 installation to see if I made my flight and joined me flying Air India from Delhi to Hyderabad and Sri Lankan Airlines from Hyderabad to Colombo.
Watch the YouTube video detailing my Air India Executive Class flight from Newark-Delhi and my video detailing my Colombian explorations. Videos detailing all the other flights of this trip (Sri Lankan Hyderabad to Colombo, Indigo Colombo to Hyderabad and British Airways from Hyderab to London to Chicago) will be published in the coming weeks! We will also upload videos for a group or other great trips weekly!
