Indian Diageo (United Spirits LTD), a subsidiary of the British Diage Liquors giant, reported an increase of 17 percent year-on-year in its independent gain after tax (PAT) to ₹ 451 million rupees for the fourth FI-Fi-Fisc.
Throughout the year of the 2015 fiscal year, a PAT or ₹ 1,158 million rupees reported, above the ₹ 1,312 million prosecutors of the last prosecutor.
The company’s net sales value (NSV) for the quarter stood at ₹ 2,946 million rupees, an increase of 10.5 percent year -on -year. Their gross income exceeded the ₹ 6,394 million rupees last year at ₹ 6,549 million rupees.

When commenting on the result, Praveen Someshwar, CEO and managing director, said that “despite the challenging demand environment, we have provided an NSV growth of 13.2 percent for P&A in the fourth quarter of 2015 and 9.9 percent of the growth of P&A for the FY5 and the Aurter Guide.”
Within the categories, the prestige and the upper segment grew 13.2 percent, and the NSV for the popular segment grew 1.1 percent, said the company.
The company’s shares closed to ₹ 1,557.45, 0.022 percent more than Tuesday in the EEB.
